You can cancel your Agreement with the Company at any time by making a clear statement (e.g. letter, fax, email, telephone call or using this Cancellation form
). You are entitled to a 14 day “cooling off” period without cost. If you cancel this Agreement after fourteen days, but before the Service has been provided you will pay the Company for the work it has conducted calculated at an hourly rate of one hundred pounds plus vat. If this Agreement is cancelled after fourteen days and after the Service has been provided, if you are awarded Compensation, you will become liable to pay the Company the lower of the Success Fee detailed in the Terms of Business Agreement or £5,000 plus vat for each successful Compensation claim.
